Please arrange to fly into Midway Airport in Chicago at the listed times below if you want us to transport you to and from Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« by van at no cost to you.

Our program starts at 3:00 PM CT on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Room & Board are covered for each person from Sunday, June 15, 2025 (1:00 pm) to Saturday, June 21, 2025 (7:00 am). There will be an additional charge for early arrivals.

ARRIVAL times for pickup at Airport

Please purchase flights arriving Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Midway Airport in Chicago arrival before 1:00 PM central time. Transportation to and from O’Hare airport will not be provided. A Lewis van will collect you at the airport and drive you to Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ«.

DEPARTURE (from Lewis) Times For Drop Off At Airport

Please purchase flights departing Saturday, June 21, 2024, at 3:00 PM central time or later. At 12:00 PM central time, a Lewis van will leave Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« and provide transportation to Midway Airport in Chicago.

ARRIVAL

Please arrange to arrive at on Sunday, June 15, 2025, between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM central time. Make your way to the Founder’s Hall (FO), #36 on the campus map linked below, to check in with your authorized guardian/chaperone dropping off (unless it’s been communicated with staff that the teen will be checking themselves in). DEPARTURE

Please arrange to depart Lewis University Saturday, June 21, 2025, after 12:00 PM central time.  Make your way to the Sancta Alberta Chapel (SA), #38, to check out with your authorized guardian/chaperone that will be picking up (unless it’s communicated with staff that the teen will be checking themselves out).

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Park in Parking Lot L (in front of the Learning Resource Center) for those planning to drive in. Use this Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« Campus Map for your orientation.

Fill out the "Travel & Accommodation Survey" by May 1, 2025. By filling out the form, you will allow us to coordinate accommodations while you are on campus.

If you are flying and request to be picked up at the airport, instructions will be emailed to you a week before the program.
